Studio - Overview

Studio is a powerful, web-based platform designed to interact live with your productions and enhance them.

From creating graphical overlays to managing live video streams, Studio provides a centralized hub for your production needs.

Top Bar

The top bar, located at the very top of the application, provides access to general information and user-specific settings.

• Release Notes: Located on the right side of the top bar. This provides a summary of the latest updates, new features and improvements to the Studio application without navigating away from your current view.
• User Menu: Also found on the right side, you can click on the user icon which will open the user menu.

Left-Side Navigation Menu

The main navigation for Studio is the collapsible menu on the left side. This is where you access the core modules of the application.

• Productions: This module provides a list of all your available productions. Selecting a production gives you access to a suite of powerful tools for managing the event, including Quick Review, Stream Switcher and the new Control Room for multi-camera stream management.

User setup to use Studio

Sportradar Automated Video Production Studio is a web application, accessed through your browser. There are no specific requirements in terms of device platform or specification to access the application.

Note: Studio is optimised for use on laptops. The app is functional on tablets but the user interface is not optimised.

All modules and features from Studio work from any internet connection. However please be mindful that using the app requires to interact with AV streams and hence requires a reliable network connection and sufficient bandwidth to download the streams.

User advice: Use a wired Ethernet connection to your device when using Studio to improve your network stability.

Note: The Quick Review module has a local mode setting, allowing you to access feeds on the local network if your are on the same network as the Automated Video Production server in your arena. Read more.
