Individual Credentials

Individual credentials are sent out via email shortly after the Keemotion system has been installed in the arena or whenever we receive a request to create an account for you.

The credentials allow you to log in to the different platforms.

SportsHub
MyArena
Studio

Friendly Reminder: These credentials belong to you and therefore should not be shared.

Credentials for your Arena

Aside from individual credentials, you will receive access to the private platform mentioned below:

Keemotion Studio via the following link: https://studio.keemotion.com

These credentials are shared within the club and the platform can only be accessed through the local network.

You have lost your credentials? Please send us an email so that we can help you retrieve them.

Do you need an extra account? Please contact us and make your request via the main contact in your club.

Log in to the different platform

Keemotion iPad App

First, make sure that the Keemotion App is installed on your iPad and that you have the latest version installed. Once you launch the app, if you are not logged in yet, you will be automatically asked to log in with your individual credentials.

SportsHub

Go to https://sportshub.keemotion.com/. If you are not logged in yet, you will be asked to log in with your individual credentials.

MyArena

Go to https://myarena.keemotion.com. If you are not logged in yet, you will be asked to log in with your individual credentials.

Keemotion Studio

Right after the installation of a Keemotion system onsite, each club is provided with the necessary information to connect to Studio. You will be asked to log in with your individual credentials.

Below are the steps to connect

1.) Make sure your device is connected to the same network as the Keemotion server is connected to.

2.) Open https://studio.keemotion.com

3.) You will then have to log in. Once you have filled in your credentials, then click on OK.

4.) Then select the tool that you want.
