Rename to the Synergy Automated Camera System
The automated camera system consists of the following elements:
- A set of fixed cameras whose purpose is to film the game and other areas of the arena, such as the scoreboard.

- Thanks to our AI-based algorithm, the different images captured by the cameras are merged to form a panoramic view of the playing area. We can then detect players and create a produced stream of the game via our automatic framing algorithm.
- A server which the cameras are connected to.
See below an image of a schema of the key elements of an installation.

It is important to keep in mind that the system needs to be connected to the Internet with the minimum bandwidth requirements (at least 15 Mbps) in order to be fully operational.
In order to guarantee optimal performance, it is imperative that the 24-second stopwatch, the scoreboard and the cameras do not move between each event. However, if you believe this has happened, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to support@synergysports.com or calling our support team so we can make the necessary changes.
Likewise, if you believe that there has been a change in your arena regarding lights, flooring, or anything that may alter the behavior of our algorithm, please let us know as soon as possible.
