You can easily share Edits with your team—whether you're providing access for review or collaborating on video breakdowns.
How to Share an Edit
Right-click on the edit you want to share from the list of your edits, or click on the three-line hamburger menu in the upper left of the panel while the edit is open.
Select Share from the dropdown menu, then select in Editor.
In the window that appears, you’ll see a list of all users on your team. At the top, there are two tabs: Viewers and Editors.
Viewer Access
In the Viewers tab, select any team members who need view-only access. These users will be able to watch the Edit and see any updates made, but they won’t be able to make any changes to the edit.
Editor Access
In the Editors tab, choose the users you want to collaborate with. Editors can view and make changes to the Edit. Any updates they make will be visible to all users the Edit has been shared with.
When you have shared an edit, a filled in Share icon will be displayed to the right of the edit name, indicating you are the creator of this shared edit. When an edit has been shared with you, the outline of the Share Icon will be displayed.
Managing Shared Access
All selected users will appear in the panel on the right, organized by Viewers and Editors. To remove access, simply click the X next to a user’s name, then confirm by clicking OK.
Note: Older Timelines will still show as available for all team members, but new Timelines will be private by default. Access to older Timelines can be restricted now by the creator through this process.
Sharing Edits ensures your coaching staff and players are always aligned—whether reviewing strategy, analyzing performance, or preparing for the next game.
