Overview
The timeline is a dynamic, information-rich view in the Synergy Editor. Timeline view is available for imported or captured video, as well as full game edits downloaded from the Synergy Team Site, allowing you to do more with your video than ever before. With dynamic and improved tagging and more detailed and useful filters and tools, timeline view offer an excellent way to visualize and break down your film for a variety of uses.
Full Game Edits
Full game edits can be downloaded from the Synergy Team Site and reviewed using the timeline view. Using the Game tab on the Team Site, select Full Game Video and assure the playback is set to Editor.
A timeline of the full game edit will automatically populate the lower left panel of the Editor, displaying a visualization of all of the Synergy clips in chronological order organized in data specific, expandable rows on the left side of the Timeline. Any clip or row can be viewed by simply double-clicking.
NOTE: Full game edits are sent to the Editor as a temporary edit, indicated with an asterisk and italicized title as shown above. The timeline will be removed from the Editor when the application is closed, unless the edit is saved by selecting the carrot icon on the edit tab and selecting Save.
Autoplay Toggle
With the Autoplay toggle, you can choose to either view your playlist or timeline one clip at a time, or allow the clips to play continuously. Click the Autoplay toggle to turn on or off.
Toggle Autoplay on, and your video will automatically begin the next clip as soon as your previous clip has finished, without having to watch repeat footage from overlapping clips.
Toggle Autoplay off, and each clip will play from beginning to end, and pause at the end of your clip. You will then need to manually select and start the next clip you would like to watch.
