The Multi Game Shot Chart (MGSC) allows you to track shots and their respective locations on the floor, over the course of an entire season. Use this tool to select specific parameters for what types of shots you want to see.
Multi Game Shot Charts (MGSC)
To get started, go to the Analytics tab and then select Multi Game Shot Chart.
Use the filters on the left to narrow down what is shown on the MGSC.

Mandatory Filters
In order to see the Multi-Game Shot Chart, you must have a League, Season, Competition, and Team selected.
Game Filters
You will see additional options appear if you select one of the Games filters at the top:
- Date Range
- Last X Games
- Game Selector
Date Range
If you click on the Date Range filter, you will need to adjust the date range calendars.
Last X Games
If you click on the Last X Games filter, you will need to update how many games to include in your data. You can use the dropdown or type in an "X" amount of games and hit Enter.
Game Selector
If you click on the Game Selector filter, you will need to select the games you wish to include and then hit OK.
Multi-Select Filters
Several filters allow you to select multiple options from the dropdown.
You can delete an option by clicking the X in the corner.
Reading Multi-Game Shot Charts
Stat Shown
Choose whether you wish to display field goal percentages or Synergy Shot Quality. Shading is used to indicate shooting efficiency:
- Green for above average
- Grey for average
- Red for below average
Zones
Court Zones and Hex Zones illustrate player tendencies in specific areas on the court.
Hex Zones additionally show where shots are taken within each zone and at what frequency. Smaller hexagons represent less frequency, and larger hexagons represent more frequency.
You have the option of viewing the MGSC divided into 11, 16, or 32 different zones.
