Managing Users

As the Team Admin, you have access and responsibility to handle your team's Synergy accounts. You can add new users, reactivate or deactivate existing users, add additional administrators, send password resets, and even email from the Users Tab.

Users Tab

Select the Users tab to access all of the users for your team's subscription. 

Once the Users Tab is open, use the menu on the left side to filter users by user status, user type, and name or expiration date.

Add Users

To add a new user, select +Add.

After selecting +Add you can create Staff and Player accounts. You can enter the Name, Title, E-Mail, and Phone Number of the new User. If you are adding a Staff member who you wish to have administrator access to your Synergy account, toggle the Administrator button to Yes.

Once all fields have been filled, select Add User, and the account will be created. A welcome email will be automatically generated with instructions for the user on how to set up their password for their Synergy account.

Reactivating and Deactivating Accounts

To reactivate or deactivate accounts, you will need to select the Reactivate or Deactivate buttons on each account, individually. 

After you select Reactivate or Deactivate, you will need to confirm your decision. 

Sending Emails or Password Resets

To send emails or password resets, you must first select the users you wish to manage. You can use the Select All button, or select users by marking the checkboxes in the upper right of the user squares.

Note: Checkboxes will appear once you hover over an account. 

Once the users have been selected, the Email users and Send password reset options will become available.

Updating Administrators

To change a user to an administrator, you will need to click on Edit Account. 

Then switch the Administrator toggle to Yes, and click Save User.
