Team Selection Filter

Using many of the robust filters described below, access specific items for use with Filtration by selecting Team/Player/Games from the filter menu on the left. The Team filter has drop-down menus to allow for the selection of a season, league, division, team, and date range. Additional filters include offense, defense, and season type. Once your selections are made, click Apply.

Filters

To customize a report, use the filters located on the left-hand side of the application. Filters are dynamic and update the chart as they are selected.  Some filters contain additional sub-filters to refine your search even further. Charts will include only those shots which fit the filtered criteria and indicate the location of where each shot was taken on the court.

  • The filters section can be collapsed or expanded by selecting the vertical gray filters bar.  Select the Apply button to create the report.
  • Select one or multiple values for each filter using the slider to view additional options.  Use the Select All feature to activate all of the filters in a section or in the entire filter.  Use the Reset option to clear the selections for an active filter.
Note: Filters selected in one application will carry over to the other if switching between Multi-Game Shot Chart and Play Call / Line Up Analysis / Filtration.

  • Custom: used to select any games you choose to compare in the Games filter selection. (for example, you can select the last 10 in the Games filter and the last 5 in the Comparison filter to see the difference between those, or select only the games where you know a player did not play.)

Additionally, filter between Home|Away, Win|Loss, Conference|Non-Conference.

Note: The Comparison list will display the number of games selected for each row.

Video and Rank

Video

Choosing the Video option allows you to send clips directly to the Editor when selecting statistics associated with the video (indicated by a blue number).

When a clip set is selected, the Synergy Editor Parameters window will become active.  Here you are able to set the video quality you would like to send, limit the number of clips, and title the playlist.

Rank

Choosing the Rank option allows you to click on any number and bring up a Leaderboards page, similar to the Synergy Team Site Leaderboards page. It will either display Player Leaderboard or Team Leaderboard based on the filters selected in the reports. You'll notice that some columns, like PPP, become clickable after you select Rank so that you can bring up a leaderboard focused on any report statistic.

To save the Leaderboards page as a PDF, use the Save to PDF link. If you do make a change to the filters please make sure and hit Update below the Season dropdown to update your page.
