A new button in the Synergy Stats app interface gives chance to users to download the respective game log files and facilitates the issue investigation and bug replication process.
The application now provides an option for the users to be able to download and store the log files on the device where the game is in progress in the process of stats collection.
The new button implemented gives the users a chance to click on it anytime and get a hold of the files, which will contain information about the app's behavior and potential errors. It is located in the top right corner of the main screen interface, next to the notification icon.
By using this new functionality, the process of replicating and resolving issues, when Synergy Stats does not behave as expected, will be facilitated.
Once downloaded these files should be sent by mail to the Synergy Stats Support Team for investigation.

The functionality will be further developed and optimized to be easier for the users to share the logs directly in the near future.
Hint: It is important for the user to know that the log files are only providing the needed information before Synergy Stats is reloaded or the browser page is refreshed. So, once an issue or misbehavior occurs, the user should download the log files before any reload/refresh of the software page.
