Downloading Games

In this article, we will discuss how to download a game in the Synergy Sports Video Express application. We explain how to download Raw, Synergy Full Game, and Synergy Game Asset video via Video Express.

Instructions for Downloading Games

1. Initiate Download

If you are on the Video Express splash page, select Start Download

If you are on the Home Screen, click New Download

2. Select Game Download or Non-Game Download

Choose whether you are doing a game download or a non-game download.

3. Select Parameters

Select the Season, League, and Team of the game you wish to download. A list of games will appear in descending order.

4. Select Game to Download

Click the game you wish to download and then click on the Download button.

5. Select the Download Type

You will be presented with options to download the Synergy Full Game or the Raw Video. Click on the type of file that you wish to download.

6. Select Download Quality

If you selected to download the Synergy Raw Video, you will be prompted to choose between Standard Definition (SD) or High Definition (HD). If you selected to download the Raw Video, you will not see this option.

7. Monitor Download Progress

After you select the video quality, Video Express will automatically redirect back to the Video Express home screen. A new row for the currently downloading game will be visible.

Note: If the download is interrupted, it will automatically resume from its stopping point upon reopening Video Express.

8. Download Complete

The download is finished when the Download Progress section displays "Complete" in the game row. Read How to Access Downloaded Video Files from Video Express to learn where the Raw and Synergy Full Game video files can be located and used on your computer.
