Known issues...
Older temp edits do not play
Temp edits sent from Team Site that include clips from 2018 or earlier do not play initially. They do play if the edit is saved, and then reopened.
App must be manually installed following attempt to send Team Site edit from Google Chrome
Google Chrome does not handle external linking as well as Safari. If the mobile app is installed and an edit is sent to it from Team Site on Chrome, it works well. However if the mobile app is not installed, Chrome suggests a download is needed but does not allow you to go there directly.
Instead, it posts an error message atop Synergy's download/redirection page:
...and then closes the page.
Difficulty playing back and downloading select games
The iOS player is throwing an error for select games that are missing a finalization settings. Games may not be downloaded, and can take several selection attempts before they play. Until this is fixed, problem games should be reported individually to Synergy Support.
Download over WiFi only setting not available
Downloads using data proceed even if the user has the Download over Wifi only setting turned on.
Cannot log in with clock out of sync
Users who have Date & Time out of sync will not be able to log in. They will get the following Login Error message:

Streamlined send from Team Site
A seamless send from Team Site workflow has been implemented, including an ability to save temp edits for later use.
Push Notifications
Users can opt-in to receive notifications whenever edits have arrived from other users.
Video Player Zoom
Users may pinch to zoom the video player screen, and drag to navigate around.
Mute by Default
Users may choose to work with automatically muted video, even with the volume turned up on their device.
Improved Edits sort
Edits are arranged by most recently modified, including when accessed for copying clips.
Downloading issues resolved
- Edits that include slides may be downloaded.
- Downloading continues after the user quits the app.
