In this article, we will discuss how to upload or download a game in the Synergy Team Logger. Logged games require files to be associated with them to allow the stats to be synced with the appropriate moments in each game.
How to Upload A Game
To upload a game, navigate to the Import view in the upper right of the screen.
To start an upload, click Add Video Files and browse to the file that you would like to upload. Once the file has been selected, it will appear in the upload queue. Monitor the status of the upload or import, and its details, using the fields in the queue.
To ensure that files are uploaded to the Synergy Cloud, click on the Upload All Video to Synergy Cloud radio button in the upper right. If you do not want the video uploaded to the cloud, deselect this option.
As a secondary option, upload a game using the Transfer view. Select Transfer from the view menu in the upper right.
Next, click the ellipse icon (...) to continue. This will open the Transfer view window, which displays a list of your uploads and downloads along with their associated progress data. Click the ellipse icon again and continue with the process.
This will open a drop-down menu. From here choose to:
- Start Upload - begin an upload
- Pause Upload - pause the active upload
- View Video Files - allows you to see which video files are in the process of being uploaded or have completed an upload
- Remove from List - remove the video from the queue.
- Cancel Upload - cancel the planned upload
- Delete Upload - delete the chosen file from the upload queue.
How to Download a Game
Downloading a game works the same way, but instead of choosing a file to upload, you will select a game/video to download to your local machine.
