On Team Site you are able to manage user accounts, determine who is responsible for uploading a game, and navigate Synergy's knowledge base. The following article will walk you through logging in on Team Site.
Logging In
There are two ways to navigate to the Team Site login page:
1. If you are in the Baseball App you can click on Upload or Admin in the Settings Menu.
2. Or you can use the following link to go straight to the Team Site login: https://baseball-web.synergysports.com/
Once you get to the Team Site login page, you will need to sign in using your Synergy Sports credentials.
After logging in, you will be able to access the following Team Site resources:
- Upload Schedule tab: this shows whether your team is responsible for uploading a game. You can also check the logging progress for each game.
- Users tab: Manage your team’s Staff and Player Accounts (only Team Admins have this access).
- User Menu: Access the support guide, an online knowledge base with training videos, and helpful articles.
User Menu
Clicking on the User Profile icon will bring up the User Menu.
The User Menu will give you access to the Support Page and Download Links. The Support Page is where you can access the content guides for baseball. Download Links is where you can find the link and directions for downloading the Synergy Baseball App.
