Manage a Season – Uniform Management

Competition Administrators and Team Managers are able to manage uniform kits (colors, items) for seasons and fixtures. Uniform Kits are configured by sport with each sport having sport-specific uniform items and item types. Each uniform item (short, short, sock) may also have a type (shirt – long sleeve/short sleeve) and a color.

Creating a New Uniform Kit

Before adding a new Uniform Kit to a Season, you will need to make sure the Season that you wish to add the Uniform Kit to has already been created. Then follow the steps below. To learn how to create a new Season you can read Manage Seasons - Seasons. 

1. Select the Season you wish to manage from the Dashboard Tab on the Organization homepage

2. After you select a Season, you will click on the Teams tab

3. Find the team you wish to manage. Then click Details to go to the Team Details Page.

4. Click the + button under Manage Uniforms

5. Give the new Uniform Kit a name and fill out any other relevant information 

6. Select the Shirt primary colors.

7. Select the Short primary colors.

8. Select the Warmup Shirt primary and secondary colors, and use the toggle to switch between "short sleeve" and "long sleeve."

9. Once you’ve named and selected colors for the uniform kit, click the Add button and Uniform will be added on a new tab.

 ** The new Uniform Kit will appear in the Uniform Section for your Team.

Editing an Existing Uniform Kit

Before editing a Uniform Kit, you will need to make sure that the Uniform Kit and the Season that the Uniform Kit belongs to have both been created. Then proceed to the steps below. To learn how to create a new Season you can read Manage Seasons - Seasons.

1. Select the Season you wish to manage from the Dashboard Tab on the Organization homepage

2. After you select a season, you will click on the Teams tab 

3. Find the team you wish to manage. Then click Details to go to the Team Details Page

4. On the Team Details page, select the Uniform Kit that you want to edit.

5. Once Uniform Kit is displayed, select what information you want to change.

6. Once updates are complete, select the “Update” Button to save the changes.

** The updated uniform kit will appear in the Uniform Section for your team.

Deleting a Uniform Kit

1. Select the Season you wish to manage from the Dashboard Tab on the Organization homepage

2. After you select a season, you will click on the Teams tab 

3. Find the team you wish to manage. Then click Details to go to the Team Details Page

4. On the Team Details page, select the Uniform Kit that you want to delete 

5. Click the “Delete” button for the Uniform Kit you wish to remove.

** The deleted uniform kit will no longer be displayed on the uniform tab.

Setting a Uniform Kit for a Fixture

Before setting a Uniform Kit for a Fixture, you need to be sure that the Uniform Kit, the Season, and the Fixture have all been created. Then proceed to the steps below. To learn how to create a new Season you can read Manage Seasons - Seasons. To learn how to create a new Fixture you can read Manage Seasons - Fixtures.

1. Find the Season you wish to manage on the Dashboard Tab. Then select the Fixtures button for that season.

2. Once you are on the Fixtures tab, find the Fixture you wish to manage.  Then click the Advanced Edit button for that Fixture. 

    Note: You may need to scroll to the right to see the Edit options. 

3. Once the Advanced Edit options appear, locate the Uniform dropdown menus for each team.

4. Use the dropdowns to select which Uniform Kits you want to add to the Fixture, and then click the Update button. 

** Once you select Update the uniform kit will be saved and set for the fixture.
