As part of season prep, users will need to send team rosters and schedules. Directions for sending rosters and schedules can be found below.
Rosters
Once your roster is finalized, fill in the Roster tab of THIS FORM (the file will go to your downloads when you click). Completed roster spreadsheets should be sent via email to synergy-support@sportradar.com.
- Make sure the green column headers of the form are filled out for each player.
- If your roster changes during the season, email synergy-support@sportradar.com with the changes.
- Rosters are used to log games. Users will still be responsible for creating player Synergy accounts.
Schedules
If your MAXPREPS schedule for the upcoming season is accurate, then you are set. If not, you can either update it on MAXPREPS as soon as possible or you can add your schedule to the Schedule tab of THIS FORM. Completed schedule spreadsheets should be sent to synergy-support@sportradar.com.
- If your schedule changes during the season, email synergy-support@sportradar.com with the changes.
- If a game is missing from your schedule when you go to upload it to Synergy via Video Express, contact support to make the addition.
- Check your schedule in Video Express prior to game day to ensure quicker turnaround times for your breakdowns.
