Overview
In this article, we will discuss how to send a film exchange invite to a team who does not use Synergy from the Video Express application.
Instructions
Find Film Exchange Button
Click on the Settings Gear Icon at the top right of Video Express. Then select Send Film Exchange Invite.
Complete Fields
A new view will appear with fields requesting the Opponent Name and Opponent Email. Fill out both fields with the appropriate information.
- Opponent Name: Name of the opponent who will be receiving the film exchange request.
- Opponent Email: Email of the opponent who will be receiving the film exchange request.
Select Game or Non-Game Video to Send
There are two tabs that allow you to select what type of file you would like to send. You can choose Games or Non-Game Video.
- To send Games, click Include next to each game that you wish to send.
- To send Non-Game Video, click the corresponding tab and select the files you wish to send.
Send Invitation
Click Send.
Confirm
A confirmation dialog box will appear that the Film Exchange invitation was sent. Click OK.
Success
You have successfully sent the Film Exchange request to your upcoming opponent.
