Game Logging Checklist

To ensure games are logged promptly, Synergy relies on coaches and administrators to supply specific information. Please use the checklist and the guidelines below to make sure all necessary details have been provided for accurate game logging.

 Team Rosters 

• This is only required once unless there are changes to the team and jersey numbers.
• First name, last name, and jersey numbers required.

Opponent Rosters 

• This is required every game, and matches will not be logged without an opponent roster.  
• First name, last name, and jersey numbers are required. 

Accepted Film Formats

• vob
• mp4
• avi
• wmv
• mov
• m4v
• mpg
• mod
• mts

Clear Film and Jersey Numbers

• Games cannot be logged if the film is too low in quality or missing large blocks of time.

24-Hour Logging Window  

• Most games are completed within a 24-hour window if nothing is missing and the film is clear. 
• The 24-hour window starts after a game has been completely uploaded.
