Sending Film Exchange Invites

1. Locate Film Exchange button

If you are on the Video Express splash page, select Send Film Exchange Invite

If you are on the Home Page, click on the Settings Gear Icon at the top right. Then select Send Film Exchange Invite.

2. Complete the Opponent Fields

A new window will appear with fields requesting the Opponent Name and Opponent Email. Fill out both fields with the appropriate information.

• Opponent Name: Name of the opponent who will be receiving the film exchange request.
• Opponent Email: Email of the opponent who will be receiving the film exchange request.

3. Select Game or Non-Game Video to Send

There are two tabs that allow you to select what type of file you would like to send. You can choose Games or Non-Game Video.

4. Select Files to Send

Click on the Include buttons to select which files you want to send. You can use the Exclude buttons to remove a selected file. 

5. Send Invitation

Once you have selected all the files you wish to send, click the Send button.

6. Confirm

A confirmation dialog box will appear that the Film Exchange invitation was sent. At this point, you have successfully sent the Film Exchange request.
