Tracking a Match: Clock Management

Modified on Mon, 1 Jul at 6:12 AM

The game clock is essential for handball matches. After starting a match, you will need to make sure you are recording actions that occur on the field at the correct timestamp.

Managing the Game Clock

The clock panel is located between the home and away teams on the scoreboard.

You can click the "Start" and "Stop" buttons to start or stop the game clock, or you can use the spacebar on your keyboard.

Note: You will need to use the "Start Match" and "Start Period" buttons to start the first and second periods. The spacebar will not start the clock at the beginning of a period.

Adjusting the Game Clock

To adjust the game clock, you will first need to stop the game clock. Then you will need to click the Edit icon.

After selecting the Edit icon, you can use the game clock buttons to adjust the minutes and seconds, or you can use the arrow keys on your keyboard (left and right arrows for minutes; up and down arrows for seconds).
