Scouting Report
The Scouting Report view allows you to select an opponent and develop a scouting report by using comparison tools that provide detailed metrics on that opponent's tendencies.
To get started, hover over the Analytics tab in the menu bar at the top of the screen, and then select Scouting Reports from the dropdown.
Use the filters on the left side of the screen to find the teams that you'd like to use in your scouting report.
Click on the two teams that you would like to add to compare in your report. Once both teams are selected, click Show Scout Report, and the scouting report will populate with three tabs: Summary, Heat Check and Tempo.
Summary Tab
The Summary tab includes a summary of statistics for both teams that include total games played, their overall home and away records to date, and the different options to compare game stats: Per Game or Total Value. Toggle between offense or defense for each team.
Use the pencil edit icon next to the data heading to customize the data displayed in the table.
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to use the Add/remove stats button to add or remove additional data displayed in the table.
Heat Check Tab
The Heat Check tab provides you with a stat comparison that includes the last 10 games for both teams and key players and an evaluation of tempo by the number of possessions and effectiveness on a visualized graph.
Use the dropdown arrow to select your desired statistic, then choose the player(s) from each team you want to compare. There is also an option to Show Top Players' performance, which shows the top 5 players for that statistic from each team in the right column.
Tempo Tab
The Tempo tab displays the number of possessions per game and the points per possession per game, and where they rank within their league. It will also show this data in the Half Court and Transition situation.
