When I schedule a match I see an error message telling me that there is already a match scheduled at the same time as this one. What does this mean?

When you schedule a match recording and you see a message that says "A game has already been scheduled in this arena at this time by someone else". Please contact those who can also schedule games in your arena to identify the scheduling conflict. If needed please contact Keemotion via the "Report a problem" option in the "Settings" tab. " 


This means that a recording is already scheduled at the same time and you do not have the permissions to view it.



Two solutions are available to you:


1.) Contact the people of your staff who can schedule a recording in your arena.


2.) Contact us via support@synergysports.com
