What do I do if there is a Missing Player while Scheduling?

When scheduling a recording, you can set the roster of teams so that the names of the players associated with their numbers will appear when you filter the play sequences on the "Recording Breakdown" screen.



See the image below as an example of the Recording Breakdown screen





To add a player who is not yet part of the list in your roster, you can add the player within MyArena and the iOS apps using the steps below.



 

1.) Please navigate to the following site https://myarena.keemotion.com/ and log in with your credentials. Once you are logged in you will see a banner on the left side of the MyArena page. Please click on the "Scheduling" tab.




2. Click on the "Edit" button of the scheduled recording you are looking to change.





3. Go to the "Roster" section and click on the "scheduling plus symbol.png" to the right and add the name and number of the player.



Friendly Reminders: The affected change made within your roster will also be reflected in your iOS apps. You also have the ability to edit the player roster of the game directly in the iOS app.
