How do I report an issue on the Keemotion App?

If you believe you are facing a bug on the application and you want to let us know, you can help us by going to the Settings tab. On this screen, click on the red bar where it says Report an issue : a pre-filled email will automatically open for you to send us a bug report.




































In order to optimize our chances of locating the problem, we ask that you answer the three questions pre-written in the email:

  • Describe your issue ( Describe your issue).
  • Narrate actions performed that could have caused the problem (Describe specific Any Action That May-have led to this problem).
  • Have you ever encountered this bug earlier (Have you experienced this problem in the past).


Note that a file attached to the mail contains a series of information that could help us locate the problem encountered. Please do not remove this attached file from the email when you send it to us.
