Navigating Organizations

Note: This is an advanced management module. Due to its complexity the "mobile view" is not supported. 

View, Edit and Adding Members Overview

You have the ability to select your desired organization from the list on the left and go to members tab.    

In the table image below you can find the overview of all the users in this organization. Use the search fields and filters to easily navigate larger sets of data.

To add a new member click on the "add a new member" button and provide the member's email address and click "confirm". The new member should receive an email message with the next steps.

Editing the Permissions for a User Overview

1.) Find the user you want to edit permission for (You can use search bar at the top of the table) and click the edit button on the right side.       

Pro Tip 1: Be aware that sometimes some inputs might be disabled, depending on the circumstances. For instance a member needs to have "canView" permissions to be granted "canManage" abilities. And the other way around, to remove the "canView" permission from a member they can not have "canManage" permissions.

Pro Tip 2: Please be aware that changes to the user's permissions are applied immediately. Except from the "remove member" action that requires confirmation.

Club Permissions Overview 

Note: (This is only available for federations)

You will have the ability to select your club from the list on the left as shown in the image below

Note: Under the details tab you can manage club permissions such as the ability to add new, remove or change existing permissions.

Pro Tip 1: In this section you will have to confirm your changes with the "confirm" button.    

Pro Tip 2: Sometimes deletion is not possible. For example, when the club has some permissions granted that the federation does not have.
