Navigating Organizations

Note: This is an advanced management module. Due to its complexity the "mobile view" is not supported.

Viewing, Editing and Adding Members Overview

Select your desired organization from the list on the left, then navigate to the Members tab.

As illustrated in the image below, the members tab provides an overview of all members of an organization. Use the search fields and filters to easily navigate larger sets of data.

To add a new member, click the "Add a New Member" button, provide the member's email address, and click "Confirm". The new member will then receive an email with the next steps.

Editing the Permissions for a User Overview

Find the user whose permissions you want to edit (you can use the search bar at the top of the table) and click the Edit button on the right side.

Pro Tip 1: Please be aware that changes to a user's permissions are applied immediately, with the exception of the "Remove Member" action, which requires confirmation.

Pro Tip 2: For organizations with the Control Room feature enabled, user access is granted by assigning the "Can Schedule" permission for a specific competition within an arena.

Club Permissions Overview

Note: This is only available for federations.

If you are a manager of a league or federation where multiple clubs use our system, you can have visibility into the permissions of each club's members. You will find a list of all clubs associated with your organization in the left menu.

Note: Setting up this view must be requested from our support team. You should request a "parent organization" structure for your league/federation.

Note: Under the Details tab, you can manage club permissions, such as the ability to add new members, remove members, or change existing permissions.

Pro Tip 1: In this section, you must confirm your changes with the "Confirm" button.

Pro Tip 2: Sometimes, deletion is not possible. This can occur, for example, if a club has permissions that its parent federation does not.
