Wireless Streaming from the Synergy Automated Camera System

This article will allow you to take a live production from the Synergy Automated Camera System and send it into a software platform that is capable of receiving a stream.

1.) First, go to myarena.keemotion.com

2.) Next, click the scheduling tab on the menu, which is located on the left hand side of the screen.

3.) In the scheduling tab, find the live recording and press the edit button on the right side of the screen.

Friendly Reminder: Please make sure that a production is scheduled before proceeding with step 3. Any scheduled production that is in your list of productions will have a unique streaming link. The streaming link will only become active when your production is live.

4.) Inside the recording page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a section with each angle labelled. Under each angle there will be a m3u8 link. You can copy and paste that link into any software platform capable of receiving a stream.

Reminder: As mentioned in the reminder for step 3, the m3u8 link will only become active once the production is live.

Friendly Reminder: If your system has multiple angles, you will see that there will be a stream labeled for each angle. The system in the image above only has one angle, which is labeled "S0 -Default". This will always be your main feed. However, if there is more than one feed with your additional angles, you will see them labeled after the "S0 - Default", which will be highlighted in grey. Each angle will have a unique m3u8 link that can be copied and pasted into your software platform that has the ability to receive a stream.

Important Note: The m3u8 links that can be copied and pasted are not static. This means that every production you schedule will generate a new unique m3u8 link. You will have to copy the new link for each successive production that you schedule.
