Manage Organization - Venues

The Venue is the physical location where a match occurs. Every match can have only one venue. The organization has many venues.

Creating a New Venue

1. Select Venues Tab on the Organization homepage. 

2. Click the +Venue button to go to the Add New Venue page

3. Give the Venue a Name

4. Select the Time Zone for the Venue 

5. Select a Status for the Venue - is the venue active or inactive?

6. Fill out any other information about the Venue as you wish 

7. Click the Add New Venue button to save your changes

8. Click the Close button to return to the Organization homepage

*The new Venue will appear above in the Venues list for your Organization

Editing an Existing Venue

Before editing a Venue, you need to be sure that the Venue has been created. Then proceed to the steps below. 

1. Select the Venue Tab on the Organization homepage. 

2. Select the Manage Icon for the Venue you wish to manage 

3. On the Manage page, input new values in the fields you wish to edit 

4. Once required changes are made, click the Update Venue button

5. Click the Close button to return to the Organization homepage

Adding a Venue to a Site

Before you can add a Venue to a Site, both the Venue and the Site need to be created. To learn how to create a Site read Manage Organization - Sites. 

1. Select the Venue Tab on the Organization homepage. 

2. Select the Manage Icon for the Venue you wish to manage 

3. On the Manage page, select the Site from the Site dropdown

4. Once required changes are made, click the Update Venue button

5. Click the Close button to return to the Organization homepage

Deleting an Existing Venue

1. Select the Venues Tab on the Organization homepage. 

2. Select the trashcan Icon for the Venue you wish to remove.
