Manage Seasons - Team Rosters

A Season Roster is the total roster or squad of players allowed to play for a Team during a Season.  This does not mean that all these players will necessarily play in a specific match. just that they are available to be selected for this Season.

Adding a Player to a Season Team Roster


Before adding a player to a team roster, you will need to make sure that the Season has been created and the Team has been added to that Season. Then proceed to the steps below.  To learn how to create a new Season you can read Manage Seasons - Seasons. To learn how to add a Team to a Season you can read Manage Seasons - Teams.



1. Select the Season you wish to manage from the Dashboard Tab on the Organization homepage



2. Select the Teams tab on the Season Dashboard 



3. Select the Rosters button for the Team you wish to manage

4. Click the Add New Player button



5. Find the Person you wish from the Organization list



6. Select the Add button to add the Person to the Season Team

7. Choose a Role and/or Player Number as you wish by editing the Player 



8. Choose if this Player is the captain of the Team


 


Adding a Player Number 


Before adding a player number, you will need to make sure that the Season has been created, the Team has been added to that Season, and the Player has been created. Then proceed to the steps below.  To learn how to create a new Season you can read Manage Seasons - Seasons. To learn how to add a Team to a Season you can read Manage Seasons - Teams.



1. Select the Season you wish to manage from the Dashboard Tab on the Organization homepage



2. Select the Teams tab on the Season Dashboard 



3. Select the Rosters button for the Team you wish to manage 



4. Find the Person you wish from the Organization list



5. Select the Manage button 



6. Input the Player Number

7. Click the Check Mark to save


 


Adding a Captain to a Season Team Roster


Before Adding a Captain to a Season Team Roster, you will need to make sure that the Season has been created, the Team has been added to that Season, and the Player has been created. Then proceed to the steps below.  To learn how to create a new Season you can read Manage Seasons - Seasons. To learn how to add a Team to a Season you can read Manage Seasons - Teams.


*Note: Only one Player can be nominated as Captain for the Season Team



1. Select the Season you wish to manage from the Dashboard Tab on the Organization homepage



2. Select the Teams tab on the Season Dashboard 



3. Select the Rosters Button for the Team you wish to manage 



4. Find the Person you wish to nominate as Captain



5. Select the Manage button to edit



6. Tick the box for Captain

7. Click the Check Mark to save


 


Adding Staff to a Season Team Roster


Before adding staff to a team roster, you will need to make sure that the Season has been created and the Team has been added to that Season. Then proceed to the steps below.  To learn how to create a new Season you can read Manage Seasons - Seasons. To learn how to add a Team to a Season you can read Manage Seasons - Teams.



1. Select the Season you wish to manage from the Dashboard Tab on the Organization homepage



2. Then select the Teams tab on the Season Dashboard 



3. Select the Staff button for the Team you wish to manage

4. Click the Add New Staff Member button



5. Find the Person you wish from the Organization list



6. Select the Role you wish to add this Person as



7. Select the Add button to add the Person to the Season Team

**This Person and their Role will appear above in the list for this Team for the Season  

 



Removing Team Staff from a Season Team


1. Select the Season you wish to manage from the Dashboard Tab on the Organization homepage



2. Select the Teams tab on the Season Dashboard 



3. Select the Staff Button for the Team you wish to manage

4. Find the Person you wish to remove from the Team Roster 



5. Select the Trashcan icon for this Person

**They will be removed from the Team Staff list for the Season. This only removes the person from the Season Team, it does not remove them from the organization entirely.
