This function allows you to build statistical leaders lists for your Organization. Here you can manage specific qualifications that can be used to determine whether a person is a leader in a statistical category. For individuals to appear in the list of statistical leaders you can apply a set of criteria. These criteria will contain multiple qualifiers. Each qualifier will compare a person's statistic against a qualifying value. If the statistic compares favorably (based on the qualifier) then the person is included in the statistical leaders.

CREATING A NEW LEADERS QUALIFICATION
1. Select the Leaders Qualification Tab on the Organization homepage.
2. Click the + Leaders Qualification button
3. Give the new Template a Name
4. Click the Add button to save your changes
5. Click the Close button to return to the Organization homepage
*The Leader Qualification you just created will now be listed under the Leaders Qualification Tab
6. Select the Rules icon for the Leaders Qualification row you have just created
7. Click the +Rule button to add a new rule
8. Input a Statistical Value
9. Choose a Comparison Field to compare against
10. Choose a Comparison Type
11. And choose a Comparison Value
12. Click the Add button to save your new rule
** The rule will appear above in the list for your new Leaders Qualification
EDITING AN EXISTING LEADERS QUALIFICATION
Before editing a Leaders Qualification, you need to be sure that the Leaders Qualification has been created. Then proceed to the steps below.
1. Select the Leaders Qualification Tab on the Organization homepage.
2. Select the Edit Icon to change the name of a Leaders Qualification
3. Input the new Name and press the save button
4. To edit the Rules, select the Rules icon for the Leaders Qualification you wish to manage
5. Click the edit button if you wish to change the value of a rule
6. Reset the Rules values and click the save button
7. Click the trashcan Icon if you wish to delete a rule
APPLYING A LEADERS QUALIFICATION TO A SEASON
Before you can add a Competition to a League, both the League and the Competition need to be created. A list of Seasons can be found on the Dashboard Tab. To learn how to create a Season read Manage Seasons - Season.
1. Find the Season you wish to manage using the Dashboard Tab
2. Select the Details icon for the Season
3. Choose the Leaders Qualification from the drop-down you wish to apply to this Season
4. Click the Update button
DELETING AN EXISTING LEADERS QUALIFICATION
1. Select the Leaders Qualification Tab on the Organization homepage.
2. Select the trashcan Icon for the Leaders Qualification you wish to remove.
