When a game is completed (finished) within the Synergy Stats app, it disappears from the fixture list and the user can find it no longer among the games at the Fixture screen.
The fixtures screen displays a list of all games that are scheduled to occur in the next 7 days or are in progress.
To access a completed/confirmed or historical game/fixture, the user will need the respective game's fixture Id. The fixture Id is a unique string of symbols - letters, and digits, which identifies a game. There are no games that carry the same Ids (identification).
Example: 5e559f2f-70a8-11ed-b3ca-2d98d9fac4b4
Fixture Ids are stored in the competition management system - CMAN or Comp Admin.

To obtain a game Id, the user should follow the described steps below:
Log in to CMS (competition management system) to continue to DataCore using credentials and access provided during the onboarding process.
If the user does not have access to the CMS, contact with the League administrator or responsible should be made for the matter.
Select CUSTOMER:
Select Competition - Season
Select FIXTURES
Tick the box 'Show advanced info'
Activating the checkbox will give access fixture Id.
Once the fixture Id is obtained (copy) the user should open the Synergy Stats app and:
1. Load Synergy Stats -> https://stats.synergysports.com
2. In the link https://stats.synergysports.com/fixtures replace 'fixtures' with 'game'
3. Paste the fixture Id
