In this article, we will discuss how to use the tagging feature within the Synergy Sports Hockey Editor.

In order to do so, please follow the below steps.

  1. Open the Editor Application.
  2. Open the Tagging window using the button in the Media Controls panel. A new, blank Template window will open. Once selected, access tools to create additional new templates, import, save or edit existing templates by selecting File > New Template or the icon (for PC), or by selecting Tagging > New Template (for Mac) from the Tagging menu bar at the top of your screen.
  3. Open an existing template selecting File >Import or Tagging >Import (for PC or Mac respectively) from the menu bar. Choose between importing a local file or one you have saved in the Synergy Cloud. The option to Save, Save As, and Edit can also be found in this menu.

Customize Your Tagging Template

To begin, ensure that your tagging canvas is in edit mode by selecting the Edit link in the upper right area of the Tagging window.

Expand the button preferences menu by clicking the arrow icon located along the right side of the template window.

Here you will be able to customize the canvas background as well as the style of your buttons. Button/Tag colors remain represented in your edit for easy recognition and organization.

From this location, you are also able to name the template for future reference. Once the template is complete, be sure to switch back to Tagging mode to use the newly created template as shown below.
