What Should I do when I Receive a Warning Message when I Want to Locally Download a Recording?

It probably means that your recording has not stopped yet. You cannot download your recording before it has stopped.

 

If the recording has actually finished, you can manually stop the recording via Keemotion. Click here to view the necessary information to accomplish this.

 

Once it has stopped, you can refresh the web page to see the updated list of recordings available for download.
