Manage Organization – Conduct Cases

Conduct refers to the manner in which a person behaves in adherence to the rules of their sport. The Conduct Module allows organizations to manage the cases where a person has committed an offense against the conduct of their sport and track the subsequent retribution that is required.

Viewing Conduct Cases

 

1. Select the  Conduct tab on the Organization homepage.  



2. The Conduct page will open with a list of conduct cases for the organization.  



3. You can filter cases by Competition Name, Season Name, or Conduct Type


 

 

Adding a New Conduct Case


1. Select the  Conduct tab on the Organization homepage. 



2. The Conduct page will open with a list of conduct cases for the organization.



3. Select the + Add Conduct  button 



4. Fill out information in the conduct case form. 




5. Once you’ve filled out the information on the conduct form, select the Create button.



6. The new conduct case will appear on the list of conduct cases.

 



 


Editing a Conduct Case


1. Select the  Conduct tab on the Organization homepage. 



2. The Conduct page will open with a list of conduct cases for the organization.



3. Select the edit icon for the Conduct case you want to update.

 

 



4. Update the conduct case form and then select the Update button. 



5. Changes made to conduct case will be saved and updates will appear on the conduct case list.

 

 

 

 

 

Deleting a Conduct Case



1. Select the  Conduct tab on the Organization homepage. 



2. The Conduct page will open with a list of conduct cases for the organization.



3. Select the trashcan icon for the conduct case you want to delete

 

 




4. Confirm Message will popup asking, “You are about to delete a conduct, is that ok?”

  • If yes, select the “delete” button and conduct case will be deleted.
  • If no, select the “cancel” button and conduct case will not be deleted.
