In this article we will discuss how to navigate the Transfer Status page in Video Express for Softball.
The Transfer Status page provides a variety of information regarding the details and progress of an upload. Access all of the application's features, as well as monitor the progress of active, or previous uploads.
Select features such as:
- New Upload: Begins new upload process for video or file selection
- Remove: Removes active or previous uploads from the queue
- Note: to remove an upload, click the line of the item you would like to remove, then the Remove button will become active
- Gear Icon: The Video Express application settings can be found here. Choose from options such as:
- Change Rip Directory
- Change Sport
- Copy Messages
- Support: Access Synergy SupportWeb
- About: Provides current details of the application
- Logout
Uploads
The Upload Progress Section on the Home Screen displays a variety of information that allows you to monitor the progress of your upload.
Headers
- Game ID: A unique numeric ID used internally by Synergy to locate and identify a game
- Upload ID: A unique numeric ID used internally by Synergy to locate and identify a specific upload for a game
- Upload Start Date
- Upload End Date
- League
- Game Date
- Game
- Rip Progress: How far along in the Rip process the game being uploaded is. All uploads are ripped to the local hard drive (or selected location) before being uploaded to the Synergy servers. This allows an upload to be resumed where it left off if it gets interrupted.
- Upload Progress: in percentage
- Upload Speed: In MBPS
- Angle: Camera Angle identified during file selection
- Type
- Cancel/Remove: Click the upload in the queue to highlight and select the Remove button to cancel or remove an existing upload
