A team can compete in multiple competitions simultaneously over multiple seasons. They exist in only one organization. The team can optionally be part of one club.

Creating a New Team


1. Select the Teams Tab on the Organization homepage. 



2. Click the +Teams button

3. Give the Team a Name



4. Set the Status to 'Active'



5. Fill out any other information about the Team as you wish 



6. Click the Add New Team button to Save



7. Click the Close button to return to the Organization homepage

* The new Team will appear above in the Team list for your Organization



 

Editing an Existing Team


Before editing a Team, you need to be sure that the Team has been created. Then proceed to the steps below. 



1. Select the Team Tab on the Organization homepage 



2. Select the Manage Icon for the Team you wish to manage

3. Input new values in the fields you wish to edit



4. Once required changes are made, click the Update Team button



6. Click the Close button to return to the Organization homepage

Adding an Image to an Existing Team


Before adding an image to a Team, you need to be sure that the Team has been created. Then proceed to the steps below. 



1. Select the Team Tab on the Organization homepage 



2. Select the Manage button for the Team you wish to add an image to

3. Click on the words "Drop an image or click"



4. Upload an image from your files



5. Click the Upload button 



5. Click the Update Team button



6. Click the Close button

Linking a Team to a Club


Before you can link a Team to a Club, both the Team and the Club need to be created. To learn how to create a Club read Manage Organization - Clubs. 



1. Select the Teams Tab on the Organization homepage. 



2. Select the Manage button next to the Team you wish to add to a Club

3. Locate the Club Field 



4. Select the Club you wish to link the Team to from the dropdown



5. Click the Update Team button



6. Click the Close button to return to the Organization homepage

Deleting an Existing Team


1. Select the Teams Tab on the Organization homepage. 



2. Select the trashcan Icon next to the Team you wish to remove.
