User Acess Types

To access and use the Synergy Stats application the user needs credentials and access rights. 

Each league/client is responsible for creating and distributing user access details to its network. 

If a user does not have credentials or permissions assigned or has issues with the existing ones, the user must contact the league administrator or Synergy Stats Support Team.

Types of User Access

• Super User – access to all games for the nominated league.
• Team User – access to the nominated team/s home games only.
• Venue User – access to games at the nominated venue/s only.

Note: The access for production and non-production Synergy Stats environments is not the same and a user needs to be provided with credentials for both.
