Fixtures Screen

Modified on Fri, 26 Apr at 3:34 AM

Once a user has successfully logged in to Synergy Stats app, the user will be brought to the fixtures (games) screen.

The information provided in this step includes:

  • Game status:
    • Scheduled - upcoming game to be played part of the official calendar
    • Pending - a game in progress
    • Canceled - canceled game for a different reason that will not occur
    • Confirmed
    • Finished
    • Bye
    • Postponed - a game that will take place in the future and has no date/tip-off time set yet
    • If-Needed - a game normally in a series that will only be occurring if the outcome of the previous games does not provide the advancing of one of the teams to the next phase or reach a certain goal. For example game 4 in best of 3 series;

  • Game date and tip-off time
  • Home and Away teams
  • Venue
  • Season - competition and season the game belongs to

All of the above are set and defined in the CMS when the fixtures are created. No edits are possible on this screen by the user.

The fixtures screen displays a list of all games for the respective user access that are scheduled to occur in the next 7 days.

To start and set up a game, locate the scheduled game on the fixtures screen and click the mceclip0.pngbutton at the end of the fixture row.

Tip: It is not recommended to set up a game any more than 2 hours prior to the scheduled game tip-off time as there is only an 8-hour window that the game can be live.

Note: A user is unable to select a fixture and enter the setup prior to 4 hours before the scheduled tip-off time.

If a fixture is missing from the list, please contact the league administrator.
