Basketball Mobile App: Send Edits and Monitor Viewers

The Synergy Mobile App can be used to send edits and see who has viewed the edits you have sent. Below are the instructions for sending edits and monitoring viewers.

Send Edits

Navigate to your edits by clicking on the Edits icon on the Dashboard. 

Click on the edit that you wish to send. 

After you select an edit, you will see three tabs: Clips, Share, and Raw Video.

Note: If you are on a tablet, you may need to hold your device vertically for these tabs to appear. 

 Select the Share tab and then you will see a Share button.

Note:If you have already sent this clip before, you will need to select the Share icon (see below).

Click on the Share button, and then select whether you wish to share with Synergy users or Create a URL:

• The Synergy option will include the members of your team. Select which users you want to share your edit with, and then click Send. 

• The Create a URL option will allow you to send a link to Synergy users outside of the Mobile App. You can elect to send the link via Airdrop, iMessage, email, etc. 

If you need to send a clip that was already shared, you can click the Share icon to send the clip to additional recipients. 

Monitor Viewers

Once an edit has been sent, you can use the Share tab to see who has viewed the edit..

Note: Only Synergy recipients will be listed in the Distribution List. See the instructions above if you do not know how to navigate to the Distribution List tab.
