Basketball Mobile App: Minimum Requirements

This article will provide the minimum requirements for the Synergy Sports Mobile Application.

Hardware

iPad
- 2nd generation models+
iPad mini
- All models
  - If you are unsure of which model of iPad or iPad mini you have, refer to Apple's Identifying iPad Models documentation.
  - We currently do not support iPhone or Android devices.

iOS

iOS 6+

Android

Recommend Android 11+

Hard Drive Space

There are no requirements for the amount of hard drive space necessary for the application. However, hard drive space is required to download video for offline playback. The amount of space needed is determined by the number of videos being downloaded.

Internet Bandwidth

We recommend a sustained bandwidth of at least 2 Mbps for uninterrupted streaming of Synergy video. Most 4G networks support the necessary bandwidth for playing video in the app. 4G connections depend on your data provider and coverage in your area.
