You can access to Camconfig to configure cameras or add an audio source.
There are two possible methods to access camconfig. The first one is via PORT-FORWARDING and the second one is via VPN.
Instructions
1.) Accessing camconfig using PORT-FORWARDING.
a.) Make sure that the server for the arena is online.
b.) Connect to the gateway using the command below:
Friendly Reminder: Make sure that the port number (4999) is not already used by someone else. If it is in use, please choose another number like 4888).
We can use the "-L" in the command above to pass by a tunnel.
Note: We have to do it that way.
c.) Connect to the arena's server using the command below:
KS-XX-SERVER - "XX-SERVER" is the arena name syntax change you would add in according to the arena you are trying to access (See example below for KS-US-BENTLEY).
d.) In order to view the camconfig interface, open you browser and go to the following address: http://localhost:4999/camconfig/
You need to enter in the correct username and password (Username: keeadmin and please ask for the password).
At this point, you should see the camconfig menu as marked in the screenshot below.
To check your cameras and audio sources, click on Select sources.
2.) Second method via VPN
a.) Make sure that the arena server is online.
b.) Make sure that your VPN software is connected.
c.) Open your web browser
d.) Navigate to the following address below:
e.) Replace ks-xx-server with the correct arena label
You need to write the correct username and password (Username: keeadmin and please ask for the password)
Example: to access camconfig on viennadc server use the following link below :
http://ks-at-viennadc.arena.keemotion.com/camconfig/
Friendly Reminder: If the VPN access method is not working in an arena use the PORT-FORWARDING method, specially in US arenas.
