Description: In this release, we Implemented conduct, allowing organizations the ability to track, display and manage cases of misconduct and disciplinary cases within Competition Management. 

We’ve expanded functionality uniform management and reports, adding configurations to support basketball. Lastly, the Advanced Fixture Page has been re-designed and re-factored to improve user experience on the front end as well as application performance backend.

Conduct

Conduct refers to how individuals adhere to the rules and standards of behavior within their sport. Organizations need the ability to manage cases where someone has violated these standards and track the necessary disciplinary actions that follow. The Conduct module empowers organizations to track, monitor, and display cases of misconduct and disciplinary actions. 

This tool enables Competition Administrators, Team Managers, Umpire Managers, and others to effectively manage conduct cases and suspensions, providing clear visibility into who is suspended, the reasons for the suspension, and the duration.

Conduct Features

• Ability for users to track and monitor Ad Hoc Conduct Cases for their org
• Ability to add a new conduct case (row) at any time
• Ability to edit a conduct case (row) at any time
• Ability to delete a conduct case (row) at any time 
• View List of conduct cases for the org 

Reports 

Reports provide organizations the ability to store and download pre-canned reports within competition management. Reports are configurable by sport; these pre-canned reports save time and provide valuable insights that help teams, coaches, and administrators make data-driven decisions.

Basketball Reports

Within Competitions, users can now generate comprehensive basketball statistical reports, including team overall stats, top 10 leaderboards, and cumulative team statistics. In this release we implement the ability for Basketball customers to generate statistical reports in Competitions. 

• Team Overall Stats: Overall team statistics contain statistic data for all teams including for/Against statistics.
• Cumulative Team Stats:  Cumulative team statistics contains tournament statistic data for one team
• Player Top 10 Leaderboard: Individual statistics showing statistic data for the top 10 players for each statistic.

Uniform Management 

Competition Administrators need the ability to manage uniforms (including colors and items) across the Competition Management (CMAN) product. Uniform Management allows both Competition Administrators and Team Managers to manage uniform kits for the season and individual fixtures. 

In the Competition Management system, uniform kits are essential for organizing and managing team uniforms across various sports, competitions, and fixtures. Uniform kits—including items, types, and colors—are managed on the Team Details Page.

Uniform Kit: Refers to the complete set of uniform items a team wears during a season or fixture. Kits are configured by sport, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each sport. Each kit includes multiple uniform items such as shirts, shorts, and socks, all tailored to the needs of the competition.

Uniform Items: The individual components of a team's uniform. Different sports may require additional items based on specific rules or traditions (e.g., helmets in field hockey or bibs in handball). Typical uniform items include shirts, shorts, socks, and goalkeeper tops.

Uniform Item Types: Define variations within each uniform item for more detailed customization. For example, a shirt can have different types such as long sleeve or short sleeve, allowing teams to adapt uniforms to conditions or preferences while maintaining sport-specific requirements.

Uniform Colors: Colors play an important role in distinguishing teams during matches and ensuring they meet competition guidelines (e.g., home vs. away kits). Each uniform item can have associated colors, typically including:

• Primary color: The main color of the uniform item (e.g., the color of the shirt or shorts).
• Secondary color: A supporting color used for trim, logos, or accent features.

This flexible system ensures that each sport has the appropriate uniform configuration, providing a structured method for managing uniforms while adhering to sport.

Advanced Fixtures Page

Managing fixtures is a core component of competition management, but a cluttered and slow interface can hinder productivity. We’ve completely redesigned and refactored the Advanced Fixture Page, both in terms of its user interface (UI) and the underlying codebase. The result is a smoother, faster, and more intuitive experience for managing fixtures.

Advanced Fixture Page (New)

• Fixture Information Section: Fixture Score, Secondary Score and Results Status 
• Fixture Details Section: Added the ability to set fixture match profile.
• Update Team Details Section: Teams have the ability to set fixture uniform on advanced fixture page.

Improvements

Competition and Season List Pages:  Increased default page limit from (10) to (50)

Seasons Page: Added ability to sort by Season (asc) to (desc)

Team Stats Tab: Increased team stats default page limit from (10) to (1000)

Season Detail Page: Added Roster Related Fields for Player number edits and Player Status Allowed.

Team Roster Page: Added player ID to Team Roster Page
