In this article, we will discuss the tools and views that are available in the Synergy Sports Softball Application.
The Synergy Softball App has a variety of tools that are available in every view. Across the top of the application, you can access the following items in every view (from left to right):
- Video playback (choose between in-app Player, Synergy Editor, or Compare for split screen)
- Add Report (only available after creating an initial report)
- Multigame View
- Reports View
- Single Game View
- Saved Reports
- Settings Menu (indicated by the three line hamburger icon)
- Settings
- General - set the location for video cache folder, access application log files, and set pitch velocity measurement units
- Video - set video quality to Low, Medium, or High.
- About - view details of your current version of the Softball application
- Help - contact our support agents with any questions or issues you may have through the Synergy Support page
- Video Guides - access our How-To-Video Library for helpful instructions and tips
- Upload Schedule - quick access to the Softball Portal to view your teams upload schedule
- Admin - (only available for team admins) quick access to the Softball Portal for account management and upload schedule
- Logout
- Exit
The Filters menu, along the left hand side is always visible from any view except Saved Reports, however, available filters may change depending on the active view, previous inputs, or selections from other filters.
