Multigame View: Charts and Filters

Modified on Mon, 29 Apr at 6:07 PM

In this article, we will discuss the charts and filters that are available in the Multigame View within the Synergy Sports Baseball Application.

By default, you will see two charts, a pitch chart, and a spray chart, followed by a set of expanding and collapsing tables with commonly used statistics.

Pitch Chart

By default, this is the leftmost chart. The Pitch Chart displays all pitch types that were thrown, grouped by type. Each color corresponds to a specific pitch type.

You can display or hide the legend below the chart to see detailed information, or you can use the visual filters to view pitches by efficiency scale or zone placement instead.

Spray Chart

By default, this is the rightmost chart. The Spray Chart displays all contact from the listed pitchers.

As with the pitches, each colored line corresponds to a specific hit type. You can display (or hide) the legend below the chart to see detailed information.

Chart Filters

The chart filters are located to the right of the Spray Chart.  Click the arrow in the grey bar to expand or collapse these filters. Use the arrow to the left of the filter name to expand each option further. These filters do not change the data filters you have applied using the left panel options of the view, such as player and game state.

The current filters available are:
