Add, Edit or Delete a Game

In this article, we will discuss how to add, edit or delete a game in the Synergy Logger. 


To get started, click on the Add Game icon located to the right below the View menu.



 


Starting on the left in the Add Game window, input the following information:

  • League: E.g. Major League Baseball, College, Cape Cod Baseball League, Minor League Baseball, etc.
  • Date: the date that the game was played
  • Start Time: the time that the game began
  • Time Zone: the time zone of the game that was played
  • Game Type: depending on the league, game type is chosen from the preset game types (E.g. Regionals, World Series, Division Series, Super Regionals, etc.)
  • Away Team: the name of the visiting team
  • Home Team: the name of the home team
  • Doubleheader: select if the game is part of a doubleheader and whether it is the first or second game





In the center of the screen, is the Lineup section. Use this area to adjust your lineup as needed. To make adjustments, enter the lineup data into the Logger by utilizing the Player Search to the right of Lineup. Search for the player from a roster that you've already inputted, and either add or remove them from the lineup by using the Add to Lineup or Remove from Lineup buttons.


The Send to Offline button under the roster allows you to send this section offline so that you can work on it without a wifi connection.





In order to delete a game, select the game on the main screen and choose the Delete Game button in the upper right. If you select this option, you will not be able to recover the information that you added previously.
