5. Resize a Game Sequence

Modified on Wed, 24 Apr at 11:15 PM

You may want to resize the length of an automatically created sequence if it does not meet your expectations. Thus, you will be able to recover a possible missed part of the sequence at the beginning or at the end of it. You can then export or share it if needed.

Here's how to do it:

1.) Go to the Playlists tab.

2.) Play the sequence you want to resize.

3.) Press the Edit Clip Duration button  on the top right tab of the video.

Below are some possible situations that may occur:

  • If the video starts too late, use the Start Earlier button to add time to the start of the video.
  • If the video starts too late, use the Start Earlier button to add time to the start of the video.
  • If the video starts too early, use the Start Later button to remove time from the start of the video.
  • If the video ends too late, use the Stop Earlier button to remove time from the end of the video.
  • If the video ends too early, use the Stop Later button to add time to the end of the video.
  • When the length of the sequence is as you want it, press the Stop Editing button.

Note: If one or more buttons are grayed out, it means one of options below may have occurred:

  • You have reached the start of the recording.
  • You have reached the end of the recording.
  • You have reached the time limit that a video clip can occupy.
  • Part of the video is missing.
